- Mixed greens - 2 cups
- Orange - 1, segmented
- Grapefruit - 1, segmented
- Lemon - 1, juiced
- Lime - 1, juiced
- Olive oil - 2 tbsp

- Black pepper - to taste
- Fresh basil leaves - 1/4 cup, chopped
Instructions
- Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the scallops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
