  3. Orange - 1, segmented
  4. Grapefruit - 1, segmented
  5. Lemon - 1, juiced

Instructions

  1. Pat the scallops dry with paper towels and season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the scallops to the skillet and sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.
  4. In a bowl, combine the mixed greens, orange segments, grapefruit segments, and chopped basil.
